Konapets.travel cares deeply about the privacy of its visitors and users. Information you provide us: When you register for our Services, purchase and/or register, use any of our Services; and/or when you contact us directly by any communication channel (e.g., emails, phone), you may provide us Personal Information, such as name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information (for Users with Paid Services), information you include in your communications with us, and information pertinent to the services being offered and as required by the State of Hawaii Animal Division Animal Quarantine Branch.

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

-To provide and operate the Services

-To further develop, customize, expand, and improve our Services

-To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

-To be able to contact our Users with general or personalized service-related notices and messages.

-To provide you with professional assistance , only upon your request;

KonaPets.travel does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

KonaPets.travel does not use or disclose sensitive personal information.

KonaPets.travel will disclose your personal information, without notice, only with the State of Hawaii, and only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Konapets.travel or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Konapets.travel; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Konapets.travel, or the public.

Communications from Direct Airport Release Kona and konapets.travel

We will not use your Personal Information to send you promotional content.

Service and Billing Messages: Direct Airport Release Kona and/or konapets.travel may contact you with important information regarding our Services, or your use thereof. For example, we may send you a notice (through any of the means available to us) if a certain Service is temporarily suspended, coordination required for a timely inspection and/or inspection location, updates concerning arrival, travel, and conducting the Services, reply to your inquiry ticket or e-mail; send you reminders or warnings regarding upcoming or late payments for your current or upcoming subscriptions; forward abuse complaints regarding your User Website; or notify you of material changes in our Services.

It is important that you are always able to receive such messages. For this reason, you are not be able to opt-out of receiving such Service and Billing Messages unless you are no longer a Wix User (which can be done by deactivating your account).

Cookies

Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by konapets.travel, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of your Personal Information, or any other information you upload, publish or otherwise share with konapets.travel or anyone else. We encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account, and avoid providing us or anyone with any sensitive Personal Information of which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.
